These delicious Apero Pecans are grown on the farm of our editor-in-chief, Annabelle Hickson, in the Dumaresq Valley on the NSW-QLD border. 

Roasted with fennel seeds, chilli, rosemary organic maple syrup and sea salt. Perfect with an aperitif before dinner.
